2021 BHS Blaze Band Registration!!!

All current and incoming BHS Blaze Band students who are registered for a band class must also complete this registration. Here is what needs to be completed:

  1. Fill out the online registration for each student joining band (link above). Siblings will need to register separately.
  2. Read through the Blackman Blaze Band Handbook (click here).
  3. Print and fill out the Permission and Release Form (click here).
  4. Attend the Drive-Through Registration on May 20th from 6p to 8p in the West Parking Lot of BHS to complete your registration! A notary will be available!!! Recommended times to drive thru (according to last name): A-C: 6:00-6:30, I-P: 7:00-7:30, D-H: 6:30-7:00, R-Z: 7:30-8:00.

  • ALL DATES AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
  • All After School Rehearsals are OPTIONAL. Students who wish to perform at Concerts must attend After School Rehearsals.
  • All students participating in Distance Learning may attend all After School Rehearsals and Performances.
  • May 10 – After School Rehearsal 6p to 8p.
  • May 11 – Band Concert 7p (feat. all band classes, percussion ensemble, jazz band).
  • May 17 – Color Guard Clinic/Auditions 4p to 6p.
  • May 17 – Graduation at 7p.
  • May 20 – Color Guard Clinic/Auditions 4p to 6p.
  • May 20 – Drive Through Registration 6p to 8p.
  • May 24 – Color Guard Clinic/Auditions 4p to 6p.

2021 Band Camp Dates

  • July 20-22: Color Guard and Percussion Camp, 9a to 5p.
  • July 26-30: Full Band Camp, 8a to 5p.

Weekly Announcements

  2. It is time to register for the 2021-2022 BLAZE BAND! All band students should complete the online registration and notarized form. All students & parents should attend the Mandatory Drive-Thru to get more information and to turn in the form & first payment ($125). Info on the Drive-Thru is HERE.

  7. Graduation: Monday, May 17 (7pm, call time 6pm) All 9th, 10th, and 11th grade band students will perform for Graduation.
