Weekly Announcements

PERCUSSION CAMP for all members of the 08-09 DRUMLINE!!! July 30, 31 & Aug. 1 (Wed, Thurs, Fri) from 8am until 5pm. Students will need to bring a sack lunch as it is a closed campus during camps. Please wear appropriate clothing for inside AND outside, TENNIS SHOES, sunscreen, hats, etc. Make sure to bring any percussion instruments you've checked out, your sticks, pad & stand, and a pencil. Come ready to work!
Who can help build the band tower??? Nick Cucerzan has taken this HUGE project on and now needs some assistance. Check out the tower information page under the "NEWS" tab and get in touch with Nick to let him know how you can help. We're going to need lots of help! :) July 19 and July 26 are building dates - put them on your calendar.

UNIFORM FITTINGS for ALL members of the 08-09 Band: Tuesday, July 29 and Thursday, July 31 (5-7pm). Every band student needs to show up during one of these times to get fitted for your uniform and also to check out your instrument storage compartment and lock. Plan on the entire process taking approx. 30 minutes.
GUARD: Mondays July 7 & 14 at 10-12noon; Mondays July 21 & 28 at 12noon until 2pm!
All forms need to be turned in PRIOR to band camp. If you do not, students will not be allowed to participate in camp. Mail all forms & payment to: BHS Band, 3956 Blaze Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37128
